Terms of Use for Wild Tokyo AU Players

These terms govern your use of Wild Tokyo Casino at wildtokyo.com, operated by GBL Solutions N.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence. Read them before you register or deposit. They set out how disputes are resolved, when funds can be withheld and what happens if the operator suspects fraud, and they are enforceable against you the moment you tick the acceptance box.

Legal status and licensing

The licence behind Wild Tokyo Casino comes from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. No Australian gambling regulator licenses the operator. Australian residents who access the site do so under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 framework, which bars offshore operators from offering interactive casino services to Australians without penalising the players who reach them. You accept that Australian consumer protections do not attach to your account, and that any dispute is resolved under the laws of Curaçao. The English version of these terms binds; translations exist for convenience, and where a translation conflicts with the English text, the English text wins.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to gamble where you live. An account identified as a minor's is closed, all deposits and winnings are confiscated in favour of the regulator, and there is no route back. On registration you confirm that you are on no self-exclusion register, and that the money you deposit is your own, legally sourced, and yours to lose.

Account rules

One account per person, household, address, email, phone number, IP address, payment card or device. Duplicates are closed without notice. Bonuses, free spins and winnings from a duplicate are voided, and deposits made through it may be confiscated. To recover a confiscated deposit the operator may debit any account under your control, your primary one included.

Login credentials are yours to keep confidential. Two-factor authentication sits in account settings and is strongly advised. Sharing account access with anyone else is prohibited, and money cannot be moved between player accounts.

Deposits

Every deposit has to come from a payment method held in your own name, and third-party payments are refused. Cash is not accepted: funds arrive through approved electronic methods, which covers credit and debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets. Most deposits credit instantly. If one does not appear, wait a few minutes and re-login, then contact support if it still has not landed.

Turning a deposit into a withdrawable balance takes real-money wagering of at least 3x the deposit amount. That is an anti-money-laundering rule. Request a withdrawal before the threshold is met and the finance team has two options: refuse the payout and hold you to the turnover, or process it with a fee of up to 10% taken from the real-money balance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals default to the payment method used for the deposit. Where that method cannot take outgoing payments, the operator picks an alternative at its discretion. A first withdrawal may have to go by direct bank transfer to complete KYC. Up to three withdrawal requests can be open on an account at once.

Anything above EUR 2,000 in 24 hours, or above EUR 2,300 in total across the life of the account, waits until identity, age and address verification are complete. Loyalty level sets its own ceilings on top: AU$800 per transaction and AU$13,000 a month at levels 1-2, rising to AU$1,700 per transaction and AU$40,000 a month at levels 7-8.

Every withdrawal is reviewed by hand. Where the finance team concludes a deposit was never made with intent to wager, payment waits until identity and residence are confirmed, or for three months from the deposit date, whichever comes later. Tax on winnings is your responsibility.

KYC and verification

Verification is triggered by the first withdrawal request, or earlier if the risk department decides so. The pack is not short: a colour copy of a valid passport or driver's licence; a colour copy of both sides of any card used to deposit, with the middle six digits and CVV masked; an e-wallet screenshot showing the wallet number and personal details page where that applies; a bank statement showing account number, IBAN or BSB, BIC and full address; a utility bill under three months old; and, on request, a selfie holding your ID. You have 30 calendar days from the request to supply it. Miss the deadline and winnings are confiscated and the account closes permanently. Processing normally takes up to 72 hours inside KYC working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3. Higher-risk cases may need video verification, and failing to appear at the scheduled time entitles the operator to void winnings and close the account.

Bonuses

One bonus per person, family, address, email, phone number, IP, card or device. While any bonus is active the maximum bet is AU$8 per spin or round, and that includes bonus buys and doubled stakes inside slot features. A deposit promo code has to be activated within 48 hours of the qualifying payment, and a credited bonus stays available for activation for another 48 hours. Once activated it lives for five days unless the specific promotion says otherwise. Wagering left incomplete at expiry voids the bonus and everything won from it.

Real-money balances are wagered first, and bonus money only enters play once the real cash runs out. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids that bonus and any winnings tied to it, and pays out clean real-money funds only. A voided bonus is not reissued after payout, and no new bonus is credited or activated while an unpaid withdrawal request is open.

Manipulating gameplay to evade the wagering rules is prohibited. That covers delaying free-spin or bonus-round completions until wagering has expired on other games, opening table-game rounds with the intention of returning after other wagering clears, and running bonus funds to build up in-game features that are then harvested in real-money play once the bonus is voided. Breach voids all bonuses and confiscates the balance.

Withdrawal caps on bonus proceeds

Caps depend on where the bonus came from. A no-deposit welcome bonus stops at AU$80. Loyalty programme free spins and no-deposit awards stop at AU$170. Tournament prizes, Shop free spins and VIP-tier bonuses stop at AU$800. Anything above the cap is voided at payout.

Prohibited conduct

Automation, bots, AI-assisted play, third-party software built to gain an edge, collusion with other players: any of these suspends the account immediately and voids the balance. The operator watches patterns of play and may investigate at its discretion, without prior notice, and without owing you an account of the internal signals it used.

Refunds

A refund request has 24 hours from the disputed transaction. Alleging unauthorised third-party access stretches that window to 30 calendar days. Once the deposit or a bonus attached to it has been played, no refund is available. Bonuses and their winnings come off any refund amount before it is calculated. A credit-card deposit flagged as high-risk may be force-refunded to the card, with the relevant authorities notified where that is appropriate. Approved refunds are paid within seven business days, and supporting documents that do not arrive within 10 days end the matter with a refusal.

Chargebacks

A chargeback suspends the account immediately while the operator investigates. Up to three notifications go to the registered email, each carrying an administrative deduction of EUR 50 from the refund sum. If the account stays blocked and you do not log in for six consecutive months while the chargeback is being processed, any residual balance is forfeited to the operator.

Dormant accounts

Six consecutive months without real-money wagering make an account dormant. From the following month a maintenance fee of EUR 10, or its equivalent in Australian dollars, comes off on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC, until activity resumes or the balance hits zero. Bonus balances on a dormant account are voided. After 12 consecutive months of inactivity the account may be deleted and any positive balance reset. Recovering funds from a closed account means contacting support with full identification.

Force majeure

Where the cause lies outside its reasonable control, the operator is not liable for delay or failure to perform. That covers telecoms failure, power interruption, third-party equipment failure, fire, flood, extreme weather, industrial action, acts of terrorism and acts of government. Play may be suspended while such an event lasts.

Changes and termination

These terms can be amended at any time, and whatever is published on the site is the version in force. Material changes go out by email, and continued use afterwards is acceptance of the amended terms. The operator may close, restrict or suspend any account at its discretion, including on suspicion of fraud, on breach of these terms, or where it believes gambling is causing you social, emotional or financial harm.

Contact and complaints

Complaints go to [email protected] from the email registered on the account. Include the account username, the date of the disputed event and any supporting evidence. An unresolved complaint can be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board through the process published on the regulator's site.
